Welcome to KEYACQ! We make custom snapback and strapback hats. Every item is sewn using Juki industrial sewing machines. If you would like to design your own custom snapback/strapback send me a message.
Payments:
All orders must checkout via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you may still checkout using a credit card through PayPal. All orders are covered by PayPal for buyer and seller protection. Please visit PayPal.com for more info on buyer protection.
Shipping:
DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: Shipments made in the USA will be done with USPS and can be tracked using the tracking numbers provided through PayPal.
NEED QUICK SHIPPING? If you would like expedited shipping then please contact us as soon as possible letting us know because we ship all orders next day or sometimes same day. Please let us know if you would like Priority Mail shipping (2-3 days) or Express Overnight shipping. Our shipping prices are set for parcel post via USPS and any other shipping service will cost more than the shipping you originally paid for and we will need additional payment BEFORE shipment. Again, we will work with customers to get them their packages as soon as possible but communication will ensue a speedy delivery!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Shipments will be done through USPS Express Mail Service, but once the parcel arrives in your country then it is up to your country to deliver to you. We will provide customs (tracking) numbers to international customers via email once package ships. If you wish to track the package take the customs number to your local post office or you may use USPS.com to track the package.
Custom hats take up to two weeks to make.
Returns/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns on custom made hats! Please read: Our new store policy is that we will only accept returns on regular embroidery hats NOT on custom made snakeskin strapbacks hats or custom fabric brim hats. Because of the bespoke nature of the custom made hats they are not valid for return or replacement. Please read all details in the listing carefully before purchasing.
Embroidery hats must be shipped back within 7 days of the items being delivered to you. Please email us and let us know that you are doing a return before you mail the parcel back. Return shipments will be paid for by the buyer and refund will be issued less the original shipping amount once the item is received. Once again if you mail the item back we will issue a refund for only the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping it to you in the first place.
